Instrument Hang, Gobo, Gel, Focus Beginning with a standard Source 4 instrument, teams will safely hang the instrument, gel the instrument, obtain and insert a predetermined gobo & focus the instrument. The 1st electric will be flown in and tied off safely for this event. (Only one team member “on stage” at a time.) |
Sandbag & Furniture/Prop Placement Beginning with a pile of sandbags and furniture/props, teams will place items in designated locations. The tray may be only used for the sets of table settings. Team members will work one at a time in rotation placing only one item at a time. (Only one team member “on stage” at a time.) |

Genie Set-up, Item Retrieval, & Genie Put Away Beginning at home base teams will get the Genie, set it up under the item to be retrieved, retrieve and place the item, and put away the Genie. Team members will work one at a time in rotation accomplishing one item at a time. (Only one team member “on stage” at a time.) |
Nail, Screw and Bolt Installation Beginning at home base teams will get screws, bolts, and nails and install into wood. Team members will work one at a time in rotation accomplishing one item at a time. (Only one team member “on stage” at a time.) |

Border Removal and Tie-off of Lineset Beginning with a designated lineset, fly in, tie off and remove the border. Then fold and place the border in the appropriate location. Team members will work one at a time in rotation accomplishing only one item at a time. TWO team members are needed for folding, ONE team member for untying each half of the drape & TWO team members to put the folded drape in its place. |
